Evergreen White
2009 Chenin Blanc
Dry, light bodied and aromatic with vanilla and papaya on the nose, melon and lemon on the palate. Fresh but succulent, it is well balanced with a long pleasing finish.

Evergreen Red  
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep and dark in color, the aromas of black cherry and anise lead into a mouth that is deep in structure with hints of cedar, violets and blackberry. A touch of mocha rounds out the long and lingering finish.
