Education Outreach

Our education outreach initiatives focuses on bringing the transformative power of dance, and the art of ballet, to schools and diverse communities throughout the Puget Sound region. Through low-cost and free dance performances, workshops, lectures, and events we seek to educate, inspire, engage, and uplift children and families of all ages, abilities, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Our DanceALIVE! program introduces students to a strong foundation of ballet concepts, vocabulary, and movement exercises to further develop their coordination, increase body awareness, and cognitive skills.

Our passionate and dedicated team of teaching artists provide unique dance experiences as an alternative activity to Physical Education.

This program strives to increase understanding and appreciation of dance, both as a source of physical activity and an avenue to exploring the performing arts.

Boys & Ballet

Our Boys & Ballet program focuses on cultivating the hearts and minds of young boys through the art of ballet.

Young teens and boys are given the opportunity to explore their athletic, artistic, and creative talents through movement workshops and mentorship.

Our B&B program aims to address the stigma around boys and ballet, and cultivate a more positive outlook on dance as an integral part of becoming a strong and well-rounded human.
