2023-24 Season Sponsorship Levels

We are seeking partnership for our next season which runs from September 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. However, as a special bonus this year only sponsorships secured by March 31, 2023 will receive recognition in our spring 2023 production of Hansel and Gretel. An creative take on the classic tale featuring original choreographed by our own ECB instructor, former PNB dancer, and prize winning choreographer, Jennifer Porter.
 

Presenting Sponsor | $10,000+
*Limit one per season

All Director opportunities, plus:

  • Verbal and print recognition at all public performances as our Presenting Sponsor, i.e. “Evergreen City Ballet’s Nutcracker presented by …” 

  • A walk-on (non-dancing) role in one-show of Nutcracker

  • Recognition on e-Tix tickets that have been printed at home

  • A full-page back of program ad for all shows in season ($1,000 value) 

  • Four dedicated social media posts with links recognizing your company as our Presenting sponsor

  • Eight season tickets to all ECB shows in the 2020-2021 season, including a behind-the-scenes look during a Nutcracker dress rehearsal ($1,050 value) 

  • Special invitations and other promotional opportunities throughout the season*

 

*Additional opportunities may include recognition during local television appearances, newspaper and magazine editorials, radio advertisement, and more. As new media and marketing opportunities arise (typically during Nutcracker season), we will include Presenting sponsorship recognition as appropriate. 


Director | $5,000

All Choreographer opportunities, plus:

  • Logo included on show apparel and studio jackets worn by upper-division ECB dancers. 

  • Private reception and stage tour with the Artistic Director for you and your guests prior to a show of your choice

  • A full-page program ad for all shows in the season ($500 value) 

  • Three dedicated social media posts with links recognizing your company as a Director-level sponsor

  • Six season tickets to all ECB shows in the given season, including a behind-the-scenes look during a Nutcracker dress rehearsal ($780 value) 
     

Choreographer | $2,500

All Principal opportunities, plus:

  • Logo or name recognition on all show posters (2-3 annually) distributed through Eastside and South King County neighborhoods

  • Lobby signage at all public performances in given season (Artwork to be created by ECB and approved by sponsor) 

  • A full-page program ad for Nutcracker only ($250 value)

  • A half-page program ad for all other shows in season ($250 value) 

  • Two dedicated social media posts with links recognizing your company as an ECB sponsor

  • Four season tickets to all ECB shows in the given season, including a behind-the-scenes look during a Nutcracker dress rehearsal ($520 value) 
     

Principal | $1,000

All Guest Artist opportunities, plus:

  • Name and logo recognition on sponsorship wall at ECB’s Renton studios

  • Two season tickets to all ECB shows in the given season ($260 value) 

  • A half-page program ad for all shows in season ($250 value) 

  • Name recognition in two social media posts thanking all season sponsors
     

Corps de Ballet | $750

All Guest Artist opportunities, plus: 

  • A quarter-page program ad for all shows in season ($175 value) 

  • Two tickets to all ECB fundraising events including galas
     

ECB En Pointe Patron | $500

All Friend of ECB opportunities, plus:

  • Business card-sized program ad for all shows ($100 value) 

  • Recognition on our “En Pointe Patrons” board in the ECB lobby


Friend of ECB | $250 

  • Name recognition on sponsor page in all ECB show programs

  • Two tickets to Nutcracker performance of your choice
     

ECB Alumni Special | $100 

  • ECB Alumni may receive all Friend of ECB opportunities for a special alumni price, plus special alumni events and recognition throughout the season.

The Nutcracker Program Pricing


Seen by thousands of patrons between Thanksgiving and Christmas! Because ECB offers both full-length AND condensed 1 hour Nutcracker shows, we see a wide variety of patrons. From large multi-generational families honoring a family holiday tradition, to local athletes and celebrities bringing their little ones to our abbreviated 1 hour shows, ECB’s Nutcracker has been a local holiday favorite for over 25 years.

Elevate! Choreographers Showcase & Year-end Finale Program Pricing


Two programs for the price of one! Your ad will be featured in the program for Elevate!, our young choreographers showcase in the Fall, and our year-end finale in June targeted to the families and friends of our youngest performers. This is a great package for businesses and services specifically targeting dancers, students and their families.
