Cancellation Policy

1. In consideration of the permission herein granted, the grantee agrees to indemnify the ECB, The Construction Industry Training Council of Washington (CITC), 1300 Bronson Way N, Renton, WA 98057, and each and every of its officers and employees, and to hold them harmless from and against all claims, actions and suits and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, attorney’s fees and other expenses of every nature and character arising from the use of the premises by the grantee. The grantee agrees to defend any action brought against the ECB, and the Construction Industry Training Council of Washington (CITC) each and every of its officers and employees arising from any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with the use of the premises by the grantee. 2. Grantee agrees to non-marking soled shoes, or any apparel that could damage the marley floor, to reset the aforementioned space to its original state, turn off all lights, make sure all exterior doors are secure and return any keys or property of ECB upon departure. No paint, food, props, or large items that could damage the floor without consent. Grantee is not permitted to change thermostat without staff member. 3. The Grantee must have comprehensive general liability insurance coverage appropriate to the risk in connection with its activities on and in the Premises, in an amount not less than [$1500] for bodily injury, property damage, or other losses.
