Class Changes During Spring Production
Our 2026 Spring Production is right around the corner! During the week of April 27, there will be a few modifications to the regular class schedule. See the document linked below for more information.
Spring Production Tickets
As we prepare for the premiere of Sleeping Beauty’s Royal Wedding, we want to highlight how important ticket sales are in making our Spring Production possible each year. We rely on our ECB families to help us fill the audience and bring this production to life.
Please help us fill the house by inviting friends, family, and teachers, sharing on social media, and spreading the word however you can. Your support not only makes the performance a success ECB and our hard working students, but also helps us continue enriching our community through the arts.
Truck Drivers Needed for Spring Production
We are looking for a volunteer who is comfortable driving the 26-foot U-Haul truck we will use to transport our Spring Production sets and costumes. ECB will reserve the truck ahead of time, and the driver is responsible for:
Picking up the truck
Driving it to the locations for load-in/out
Replacing the gas (save your receipt for reimbursement)
Returning the truck to UHaul after load-in/out. Give yourself time when picking up the truck to ensure you can arrive at the load-in/out location on time.
Spring Production Load In/Out Times
Load-in: Thursday, April 30
1:00pm: Load truck at ECB
3:00pm: Unload truck at Foster HS Performing Arts Center
Load-out: Sunday, May 3
Approx. 3:30pm: Load truck at Foster HS Performing Arts Center
Approx. 5:30pm: Unload truck at ECB
If you are interested in volunteering for this position, please contact Mr. Nathan (principal@evergreencityballet.org) and Ms. Andrea (volunteer@evergreencityballet.org). You do not have to sign up for both shifts, so it’s okay if you’re only available for one spot.
Spring Production Volunteer Sign-Up
The Spring Production Volunteer Sign-Up is LIVE! As a reminder, each family is required to sign up for at least 3 volunteer shifts off of the official volunteer sign-up. Thank you in advance for helping us bring this dazzling new production to life for the first time!
Spring Production Schedule
The Spring Production Schedule is now ready to go. Beginning Tuesday, April 28, is the schedule that you follow for the remainder of the production. If you haven't done so already, we highly recommend that you print out a copy and highlight all portions of these schedules that pertain to your dancer. If you have any questions about how to read these schedules, don't hesitate to reach out to an ECB staff member.
