Hello Families!
As a reminder the last day of the school year is Saturday, June 15th, and Thursday, June 13th is the last day with regularly scheduled classes.
If your dancer is signed up for ECB’s summer programs those start the week of July 8th and if they are not we still have spots left in our Summer dance camps and summer ballet classes! We hope to see you then!
Season Finale
Our 2024 Season Finale is officially here and we are so excited to see our students perform! Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the Production Packet & Production Schedules to help ensure a smooth production week for your family. If you have any questions, please reach out to a staff member ASAP. Here are a few bits of extra information we'd like to highlight:
Volunteering: We've added an additional volunteer spot for Wardrobe Assistant for each day/performance. Be Ms. Debbi's right hand person! Assist with any costume needs and NO SEWING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. We still need urgent help in plenty of other areas too. Be sure to sign up for your families required spot at the link below!
Slack: Please follow the #parents channel on Slack for real time updates during Season Finale production week.
Tickets are now available to purchase with no limit on quantity! Tickets are only available to purchase as long as we have open seats, so don't wait if you need additional seats.
Hair - How to make a ballet bun: The video works with several dancers, one with long and curly hair, and one with textured hair, and straight and fine hair. If you have any questions please respond to this email! Click HERE for the video!
Families please review the Performance packet (different form the Production schedule) for makeup requirements and what/what not to bring to the theater. These can be found in the document library.
*Please note: Boys should have white socks and white shoes.
Student Evaluations & Class Placements
Year-end evaluations for the 2023/2024 school year will begin to go out to families this week. In that email, you will find your dancer's class placement for the upcoming school year. If for some reason you don't receive yours, please contact Mr. Nathan at principal@evergreencityballet.org so that he can resend it.
