Season Finale- for ALL dancers (CM -PD)

Costume reminders:

  • ALL dancers need skin tone leos. Especially important for those in more than one number for modesty in an open changing room. Ballet 4 and 5 will really need it as additional support for the Spanish piece as those leos are double layered but have no support.

  • Ballet 3 needs their class skirt for Spanish. I will be collecting them in a couple on June 10th to add on their apron and store with the rest of the costume. I am still in need of black ballet shoes for this number so please bring them in if possible.

  • Ballet 4 Level need to bring me their dresses for Contemporary.

  • Ballet 5 will need black “bike” shorts for their Contemporary piece. Please bring them to the Wardrobe so that I can store them with the costume. Please label!

  • Ballet 6 and PDs will need white briefs for Raymonda.

  • Jazz dancers need to bring me their colored leos and leg warmers and hip alignment belts if they have them.

  • Boys will need to wear their own black ballet pants, socks, and shoes for the performance. I will provide their tops.

  • Please order shoes and tights early. Have clean tights and shoes with NO holes for performance.

  • PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING!

Help Ms. Debbi keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes by taking a look at the carefully curated Amazon Wishlist. Ms. Debbi has put a list togther that has all things wardrobe and costume related that will help support the wardrobe department and your dancers on stage! Check it out HERE!

Certification Ceremony for ECB’s Pre Professional Students

Dear Dancers and Families,

We are thrilled to announce a historic milestone for Evergreen City Ballet! For the first time, our Pre-Professional Program dancers will be awarded the prestigious UNESCO CID International Certification, recognizing their dedication, artistry, and excellence in dance.

We warmly invite you to join us for a Gala Certification Ceremony on Friday, June 6th at 6:00 PM at Evergreen City Ballet.

All dancers in the Pre-Professional Program, along with their families, are invited to receive their certificates and celebrate their achievements.

Following the ceremony, we will host a joyful reception with refreshments, where we can share in the excitement of this special moment.

As part of this occasion, please note that all classes on June 6th will be canceled to allow full participation in the event.

Please come dressed in Gala attire as we honor the incredible dedication and hard work of our talented dancers throughout the 2024/2025 school year.

Looking forward to celebrating this proud achievement with you all!

Warmly,

Mr. Max

Teacher Appreciation Week

Throughout Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week, dancers are encouraged to write their teacher(s) notes or draw pictures to show their appreciation!

The Parent Guild is also collecting monetary donations from families to purchase gifts for each instructor and staff member. Cash donations may be turned into Sidney in the office for safe keeping, or via Venmo to our Parent Guild President, @Christy-Wyborny, who will make sure it gets to Sidney. All of the money collected will be pooled together and divided evenly in gifts/gift cards for all teachers and staff and presented to them throughout the week. The last day to turn in donations is June 5.
