Weekly Bulletin - November 23

Hello ECB!

I hope that everyone continues staying safe and warm!

Nutcracker tickets are on sale through our website! Please help us promote our upcoming Nutcracker Performances by taking our Nutcracker posters to canvas or put up in your favorite coffee shops, ballet stores or to hand out at your schools. You will find them on the front desk at ECB!

Thanksgiving Week Class Changes

Our Founding Artistic Director Wade Walthall will be back at ECB starting next week to help oversee the final rehearsals for ECB’s The Nutcracker before it hits the stage. To accommodate our pre-Thanksgiving Break rehearsal schedule, there will be a few changes to next week's class schedule. Please take a look at the attached document to see if your dancer has a change to their schedule and reach out to Mr. Nathan at principal@evergreencityballet.org if you have any questions.

Thanksgiving Break Reminder

A reminder that ECB will be closed for Thanksgiving Break from Thursday, November 28 - Sunday, December 30. No classes or rehearsals will be held during this time. All regular classes & rehearsals will resume on Monday, December 2. We hope everyone has a great and restful Thanksgiving weekend!

Holiday Greeting Cards

Help us spread some cheer this holiday season! Some of our dancers will be visiting the residents at Solstice Senior Living and we would love to have everyone's help making holiday greeting cards to hand out during our visit. Check out our card making station in the lobby the next time you're in and help us meet our goal of 112 greeting cards by Friday, December 6!

Everything from here and down is Nutcracker Casting related!

Nutcracker Video Order

Nutcracker video pre-orders are open and may be placed directly through Eric Paine. Be sure to pre-order yours by December 5 to have your copy by the closing show on December 22!

Production Schedule

The Auburn Nutcracker Production Schedule is here and ready to go! The Renton Production Schedule is almost complete and should be ready to go out to you after the staff meet with the theater early next week. The Production packet is attached below with the rehearsal schedule.

Starting Tuesday, December 10, these are the schedules you will follow exclusively for the remainder of the production. There is a lot of information in these schedules, so we highly recommend printing out a copy for both weekends and going through it as a family to highlight everything that pertains to your dancer. If you have any questions, please reach out to a member of the staff and they will be happy to assist.
