Veterans' Day Reminder

This is a reminder that ECB will be closed in observance of Veterans' Day on Monday, November 11. No classes or rehearsals will be held during this time. All scheduled programming will resume on Tuesday, November 12.

School Reminder - Illness Policy

While it’s important not to miss class or rehearsal, please do not send your dancer to either if they are sick or currently experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms. If your dancer is going to be absent from class or rehearsal, please send us an email.

While we are not requiring masks at this time, we are entering a sensitive time for rehearsals for our upcoming productions. If your dancer or persons in your immediate family are experiencing signs of a cold (continuous sniffles, coughing or sneezing) we would like to please ask your dancers to put on a mask so that all dancers here at ECB can stay healthy to attend their required classes and/or rehearsals. ECB has masks available upon requests at the front desk if you need one.

We also ask that any guardians/parents/siblings who are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms refrain from waiting inside ECB's lobby during your dancer's class/rehearsal times. Thank you.

A huge thank you from Ms. Debbi and the Wardrobe department

A massive shout out to the families who have so generously bought and donated to the wardrobe department! The list has been updated and now includes what we need to survive backstage (deodorant, lipsticks, makeup wipes etc..)

There are QR codes in the lobby around ECB or you can take a look HERE!

The wardrobe department is also always looking for donations of mens used dress shoes and womens character shoes.

Thank you ECB Families, for your continuous support of the costume department!

Nutcracker

Dear Nutcracker families,

Please review the rehearsal schedule carefully every week. We had Many-many absences for ALL of our costume fittings over the past few weeks. If you did not make it for your Party Kid, Angels or Soldiers & Officer costume fittings please email me (rehearsal@evergreencityballet.org) and cc’ Ms. Debbi (wardrobe@evergreencityballet.org). If you have a conflict please email us so that we can make plans to fit your dancer BEFORE their scheduled fitting.

Ms. Debbi works tirelessly (75 hours this week alone and she is not done) to make sure your dancers are dressed and fit into a costume to make them feel and look their best.

If your dancer has missed a costume fitting without prior communication it counts as an absence just like a missed rehearsal.

Thank you for your cooperation and attention.

Reminder: ALL girls, or female identifying dancers are required to have a skin-tone matching leotard for Nutcracker. These offer dancers of all ages some modesty when in the dressing room or during quick changes backstage. These leotards do fit differently than your average class leotard, they are meant to be invisible under costumes so that means they do have less coverage on the legs/hips and at the chest.

Please review tights and costume requirements in the Performance packet attached below. Thank you.

Thank you ECB for another wonderful week here in the studios!
