Hello ECB!
Board Update
Welcome ECB families to the 2024-2025 school year! The ECB Board of Directors is extremely excited about the introduction of ECB's new school curriculum and for the growth the dancers will make under the leadership of Maximiliano and his staff. Their UNESCO Certified curriculum will raise the quality of instruction to prepare the students for a career in dance in the same encouraging, positive and nurturing environment ECB is known for.
ECB’s mission is to provide high quality dance education and performance opportunities to students of all ages and to enrich the diverse communities in the Puget Sound region through performances, outreach, and community engagement initiatives. We believe in providing dance and performance opportunities for everyone through our outreach, scholarships and free school performances while eliminating barriers so everyone can access the arts.
The Board continues to focus on the growth of ECB and we are happy to announce the addition of two new board members, Scott Van Amburg and Annamarie Larson. Scott's financial background and Annamarie's legal expertise, plus their experiences on non-profit boards make them valuable additions to our team.
The season ahead includes many performances plus ECB’s first hosted dance festival! As a non-profit 501c3 studio, our level of success relies on the help of our families and community. There are many ways to help in ECB’s success including volunteering, donating to the Annual Fund, sponsoring our season, inviting friends and family to performances and spreading positive words about ECB. And if you have specific skills or ideas you believe can provide value to ECB or wonder how to get involved, please contact a member of the staff or email board@evergreencityballet.org.
Best wishes on a wonderful 2024-2025 Season!

ECB Board President
