    This will be an open-level Cunningham Technique class, incorporating back exercises, leg work, phrases across the floor, and jumps to develop greater coordination between the torso and the trunk. Key concepts will include spatial awareness, rhythmical accuracy, and speed, challenging individual perceptions of their range of motion and capacity for movement.
