Why dance at ECB this summer?

ECB offers an affordable, high quality training experience for students seeking a rigorous and well-rounded approach to improve their technique and artistry. Ballet and pointe technique classes include live piano accompaniment. Students are divided into two groups, Advanced (ages 13-22) and Intermediate (10-14), that best suit their age, experience, and ability. Level placement is at the sole discretion of the Artistic Director.

Our summer intensive faculty will include dancers from Pacific Northwest Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Ballet Hispánico, and more!

Transportation

ECB is located near three major highways: I-5, 405, and 167. So it’s very easy to get to us! We are about a 15-minute drive from the Sea-Tac International Airport. We are close to hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, IKEA, Walmart, and a 15-minute drive to The Landing, an outdoor shopping plaza. Our studios are located at 2230 Lind Avenue SW, Suite 109, Renton, WA 98057 safely tucked in the Cedar River Corporate Park.

Tuition & Fees

This year our summer intensive tuition pricing will be the same for the Advanced and Intermediate groups. Both groups are getting the same amount of high-quality classes! We recommend that students take the entire four weeks to maximize their dance training and experience.

1 week - $350
2 weeks - $615 (25% off 2nd week, $85 savings)
3 weeks - $875 (25% off 2nd & 3rd week, $175 savings)
4 weeks - $1,138 (25% off 2nd, 3rd, & 4th week, $262 savings)

Audition Dates & Tour

There is no audition fee during our SI 2020 audition tour.
Auditions are held at our ECB studios every Saturday during our Open Ballet class, 11am-1pm. You will need to fill out the audition form and pay the $20 drop-in class rate. Audition numbers will be provided at the front desk.
There is a $35 registration fee for non-ECB students (via iClassPro) to join our summer intensive.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy for the Summer Intensive is different from our regular policy during the regular school year. Summer Intensive classes are limited to only 15 students per group (Advanced and Intermediate) and are first-come, first-served. You can cancel and receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable $35 registration fee, within 5 days of registering by sending an email to officeadmin@evergreencityballet.org.
