Studio Reminder
A reminder to please avoid using fabric softener when washing your dancer's uniform. The chemicals in fabric softener transfer very easily to our Marley dance floors, damaging them over time, and making them extremely slippery and dangerous to dance on. Thank you for helping to protect our dance floors!
VOTE for ECB in Best of Renton 2025
Voting for Best of Renton 2025 is going on NOW through May 30, and we need your help. Vote for ECB as the Best Dance/Drama Facility under the Health & Fitness category.
Observation Week
The last Observation Week of the year is Monday, May 19-Saturday, May 24. Observation Week is when we invite you into the classroom to see your dancer's hard work up close. Here are some tips to help everyone have a successful watch week:
All observers must verify that they are feeling healthy and not currently experiencing any flu-like or cold-like symptoms before attending their dancer’s class.
All observers must arrive on time and stay for the entire length of your dancer's class. Coming and going in the middle of class can be distracting for students – especially our younger ones!
We will have chairs set up in the front of each studio for our visitors. Remember to remove street shoes before stepping onto the marley floor. Thank you for helping to preserve our dance floors!
To avoid disruptions, please silence your devices and save any questions that you have for our instructors until the end of class.
Non-flash photography is welcome and encouraged! Be sure to tag us on social media :)

Season Finale
Our year-end Season Finale is scheduled for Friday, June 20 at the Federal Way Performing Arts Center (FWPAC). The ECB staff will be meeting with the FWPAC crew on May 29th to go over details and scheduling for the production. You can expect the production schedule & volunteer sign-up to be released shortly thereafter. In the meantime, we wanted to share what information we can to help you plan ahead.
Season Finale 2025 will be one big performance with all classes in the same show. The show is scheduled for Friday, June 20th at 6:00pm.
The performance will be divided into Act One & Act Two with the levels split between the 2 acts.
Because we will only have the day of the performance to be in the theater, mandatory in-studio run-throughs of each act will be held at ECB. Please mark your calendars for the following dates:
Tuesday, June 17th at 6:00pm: ACT ONE Run-Through
Wednesday, June 18th at 6:00pm: ACT TWO Run-Through
ECB will be closed on June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. No classes or rehearsals will be held that day.

Prints and digital files from the Hansel & Gretel performances are now available for purchase.
Available print sizes and how they will be cropped:
4x6 prints - the whole image will be printed
5x7 prints - a small portion of the print will be cropped at the longest length
7x10 prints - a small portion of the print will be cropped at the longest length
8x12 prints - the whole image will be printed
If you want the whole image printed, I suggest purchasing a 4x6 or 8x12 print.
The purchase of high res images is for private usage only. No commercial rights are granted. High res images are 8" x 12" at 300dpi.
If you need any assistance with your order, such as cropping, size questions, etc., please contact me before you proceed to check out. Once you check out, your order will be processed as is and further changes cannot be made.

End of Year Class Changes/Updates
PD Anatomy (Tuesdays): Change to Studio C (until SF)
Ballet III Spanish (Tuesdays): In Studio B (5:00–5:30 PM), then continue in Studio C as usual
Upper Ballet IV & V Spanish: Combined classes on May 29th and June 12th from 4:45pm-5:45pm. Please email Mr. Nathan @ principal@evergreencityballet.org if you are unable to attend.
